While SmartCite isn't integrated into Powerpoint, you can use the quick format option to copy individual formatted references to your clipboard to add to your slides.
You can also use the Copy > Formatted References if you need to generate a bibliography. The desktop app has the ability to set a custom style via the Papers Settings menu.
